Since 2021, supporters of Roots in the United Kingdom have been developing 'Friends of Roots UK (FoRUK)', which is now fully constituted and has already stewarded two successful Ramadan, Easter and Passover fundraisers, as well as a speaking tour in the UK in November 2022. FoRUK is now in the process of applying for charitable status.
