Roots does everything possible to ensure all of our leadership is shared by Palestinians and Israelis. We have Israeli and Palestinian co-directors for all of our on-the-ground activities, from Khaled and Shaul who co-manage the Roots operation down to the co-leaders of our youth groups, women's group, Jordan Valley Branch, etc. Please note that some of our team members have chosen to remain anonymous.
