Ayad

Ayad is 40 years old, and is the father of four daughters. Him and his family live in a small village south of Bethlehem. He got to know Roots six years ago, because he does not like violence and believes that peace is the best way to live. He also sees Roots as an opportunity to influence Israeli and Palestinian society and to encourage them talk to each other and get to know each other in a way that respects both parties. He sees his work at Roots as his way of doing what he can for a just peace and coexistence between the two peoples.

Ayad is the Palestinian Young Adults Program Director.
